Metrics

Metrics are captured to provide insight into the overall performance of the system, such as rule and SQL execution frequency/durations.

Show the Execution of Rules

The execution of rules invoke SQL which is stored and reported on the Rules tab. You can sort columns by selecting the column header. You can expand or collapse the details showing first and last execution date, and shortest and longest execution times by clicking the +/-.

For more information about expressing transactional business logic, see Rule Types.

Show All Queries to a SQL Database

The SQL Metrics show all queries to a SQL database for the selected API Project. The columns can be sorted and the details show the frequency (# execs) and range of execution performance. This can be helpful to identify and tune performance access of API queries.
