Virtual Foreign Keys

Virtual keys are important for the following reasons:

  • Database without foreign keys. Relationships are foundational for API definitions, reactive logic, JavaScript coding, and Data Explorer. You can define relationships that do not affect the schema, so you can enable these services, using virtual foreign keys.
  • Relationships between databases. You can unlock this functionality by defining virtual foreign keys across database.
